If you like we will even take some fun portraits of you on the day we meet so you can see exactly how we work – if you do this and subsequently book us to photograph your wedding we will give you a complimentary framed picture as a thank you.

Once a booking has been made our pre wedding shoot is a great way for us to get to know each other better, and provides a fun way to get some fantastic pictures of you both. As well as getting some stunning, relaxed pictures of the two of you, you will also see how we work and get comfortable being directed in front of the camera.

Typically our coverage will include the bride’s preparations, approximately two hours before the ceremony. We will then move on to the venue to capture your guests and the boys arriving prior to the arrival of the Bride. If you choose a two photographer package, we will capture both the Bride and Groom’s preparations from two hours before until the ceremony.

During the ceremony we will photograph discreetly to capture the emotions and important moments of the church or civil ceremony. Coverage of the ceremony is at the discretion of the minister or registrar and we ask you to discuss what they will allow at your pre-wedding meeting with them.

After the ceremony we will take some photographs of the newly married couple at the ceremony venue before moving on to the reception location for a well earned glass of champagne! We are not traditional ‘line up and shoot’ photographers but understand there will always be some required although we try to make these relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

We appreciate that you and your guests want to have fun rather than standing around for hours and to achieve this we suggest you limit group photographs to no more than six close groups and that you nominate someone who knows your guests to assist us, typically the Best Man is a great help. In our experience it is not taking the photographs that is time consuming; it is getting the guests away from the Champagne!

The beginning of the wedding breakfast is when we leave you in peace to enjoy the rest of your day. We are very happy to photograph the speeches and cake cutting if you would like to do this before the meal starts. This is now very popular as it gives the Father of the Bride, Groom and Best Man less time to panic about speaking and more time to relax and enjoy their meal. If you would like us to stay longer for your first dance this is possible for a small additional charge.

What we have outlined is a typical day, obviously your wedding is individual and we are very happy to be as flexible as you need us to be to ensure that you are happy with the photographs you receive. The pre-wedding shoot is a great opportunity to discuss any special requests you may have.

Within five days of your wedding we will post a few images from your day on our Website. This gives everyone a chance to take a look at some images without seeing all of your wedding pictures before you. As soon as all the images are ready they will be displayed in a password protected online gallery. You can then let your family and friends know your password as soon as you are ready. Friends and family can easily purchase additional prints via this portal, which can be framed or developed onto a contemporary range of wall products including canvases, image block wraps and box frames.

Your proofs will be sent to you when you get back from your honeymoon. Once you have received your proofs you have two months to select all the images you would like in your wedding album.
